"Goods" denote the items offered for sale on our Service.

"Orders" signify your requests to procure Goods from us.

"Service" pertains to our website.

"Website" refers to Dashcam Install Service, accessible at https://dashcaminstallservice.ca/.

"You" encompasses the individual employing or accessing the Service, or the enterprise or legal entity utilizing the Service on behalf of said individual, as applicable.

Return Policy

You possess the entitlement to revoke your Order within a span of 14 days, sans the need to furnish any explanation for your decision.

The window for annulling an Order spans 14 days from either the day of Order placement or the day when a third party, distinct from the carrier, gains possession of the delivered product.

To exercise your right to cancel, you are required to convey your decision via an unequivocal statement. This notification can be sent to us by:

Reimbursement will be effectuated no later than 14 days from the receipt of the canceled order. The means of payment employed for the initial Order will be used for reimbursement, and no additional charges will be incurred by you.

Your Right to Cancel an Order

To render Goods eligible for return, kindly ensure:

The acquisition occurred within the past 7 days.

The Goods remain in their original packaging.

The subsequent categories of Goods are ineligible for return:

Goods tailored to your specifications or visibly customized upon installation.

Goods intrinsically unsuitable for return due to their nature, rapid deterioration, or expired shelf life.

Goods infeasible for return due to hygiene concerns, having been unsealed post-delivery.

Goods becoming inseparably intermixed with other items post-delivery.

We retain the prerogative to decline returns for items not meeting the aforementioned criteria at our sole discretion.

Refunds may only be extended to regularly priced Goods. Unfortunately, items on sale are exempt from refund eligibility, unless prohibited by applicable law.

Conditions for Product Returns

You bear responsibility for the cost and risk associated with returning Goods. Dispatch the Goods to:

We cannot assume liability for Goods damaged or lost during return transit. Thus, we recommend employing an insured and traceable mailing service. Refunds will not be initiated unless actual receipt of Goods or evidence of return delivery is established.

Process of Returning Goods

Should the Goods have been designated as a gift during purchase and subsequently dispatched directly to you, a gift credit equivalent to the return's value will be conferred upon receipt of the returned product. A gift certificate will be dispatched to you.

If the Goods were not earmarked as a gift during purchase or if the gift provider had the Order sent to themselves for later gifting to you, the refund will be directed to the giver of the gift.
